Unsettled skies loom in the distance, visible from the top of a ski line in Antarctica. Layered blues, textured hues, and a hopeful sun doing its best to peak through the clouds.

This painting travelled to and from Antarctica as part of a film project, “Drawn In”, which examined the parallels between the creative process in painting and splitboarding/ski touring.
